  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp hot sauce to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Tacos
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Method

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside.
Make the Sauce
  1. In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce, and minced garlic until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the Fish
  1. In a shallow dish, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dip each fish fillet in beaten eggs, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
